LOCKDOWN 3: JANUARY 2021

We are open! You can come and visit us in the shop from 10:00 - 16:00, Wednesday - Saturday. We are not currently open for walk-ins on Sundays as the street is so quiet and we need to spend the time working behind the scenes, but you can still place an order for collection on Sundays; we just need to know when to expect you.

• We are still taking Terracycle donations. Please check the info here first.

• We are not taking jar donations for the foreseeable future, but you're welcome to bring and use your own.

We took the initiative back in March to halt self-service and on the recommendation of Environmental Health will continue to serve shoppers from our containers and dispensers but you are welcome to help yourself any pre-packed bags, jars and soaps that take your fancy. 

​

You can continue to bring your own containers to be weighed and refilled; as long as we can get them open and they don't leak we're happy to refill pretty much anything. We have plenty of paper bags available too, free of charge.

​

Please do wear a face covering when in the shop - it doesn't have to be a mask - a scarf is fine. If you are medically exempt we're more than happy to serve you but if you could keep your pass visible to fellow shoppers that would be fab.
